Dr. Antonia (Toni) Arnold-McFarland is a STEM professional with over 25 years in industry. She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from NC State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Doctor of Ministry in Creative Arts from the Graduate Theological Foundation.
