Dr. Stephanie Tabashneck is a forensic psychologist and attorney in Cambridge, MA. She is the director of a neurolaw library affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital at Harvard Medical School. She is a Senior Fellow in Law and Applied Neuroscience at the Center for Law, Brain and Behavior at Harvard Medical School and the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy at Harvard Law School. She is on the Ethics Committee for the American Psychological Association and president-elect of the Massachusetts Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She presents regionally and nationally on psychology and law topics. Recent publications include the book Substance Use and Parenting: Best Practices for Family Court Practitioners, a white paper on the Science of Late Adolescence: A Guide for Judges, Attorneys, and Policy Makers, and an article on the opioid crisis and family drug courts.
